Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit gymnastics. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. She won her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. They placed her third at the contest. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving into working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
