Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Professional Card at age 17. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take six years away from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off competing in top competitions such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing new goals every year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to get her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In summer 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking home 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. as well as seated rows. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual training. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
